I love being on the open road. I went on a road trip over the weekend. Getting out of the grey crowded city to the big blue skied country was magic. And cold! Despite the sun. I went to Canberra for the
Handmade Canberra market and remembered what minus 4 felt like. That was a wake up call! Scraping the ice off my windscreen with my licence brought back a lot of memories from when I lived in Canberra and creating ice flurries just to start the car was the norm. Very Edward Scissorhands!
And it's still the best way to listen to a talking book!
Next on the calendar is my very first stall at
Craft Hatch. I'm looking forward to this as I'm such a fan of Craft Victoria. When I was studying Fine Arts it was my favourite place to be and always wondered about the people behind the beautiful creations. What a great opportunity to meet some of them.
I thought those silos looked familiar! You were in my neck of the woods!
